- We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime for our cloud-based solutions but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Support services will be provided as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement) defined in the contract.
- Bravado Solutions is not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances.
- Limitation of Liability
- Bravado Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services in the past six months.
- The service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind, express or implied including:
(i) As to the operation or availability of the service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon.
(ii) Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
(iii) Accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the service.
(iv) E-mails sent from or on behalf of the company are free of viruses, scripts, Trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs, or other harmful components.
- Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if users violate these terms.
- Users may terminate their contracts by providing a written notice as per the agreement terms.
- Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
- Governing Law
